1. Return Policy Timeline for all categories
  • Return timeline is within 3 days after delivery. Package will not be accepted after that time period. Return policy timeline is applicable for all categories products.
2. What is the procedure if I wish to request for a return/replacement?
  • Please inform monkeycart within the given timeline. For a speedy return/replacement process kindly click here. If you are unable to get in touch with monkeycart, then we shall not be liable for the failure to replace/return the order.
  • You needs to self-ship product.  Dispatch the product within 48 hours after return request is raised. No amount will be reimbursed towards the self-shipment cos.
  • Returned products are to be packed in the original packing.
Note: For all self-shipped returns, please ensure product is packed properly and a reliable courier service is used.
3. What is the procedure after I have asked for a return/replacement?
  • If you do not get the return/replacement product within 7-10 business days then you can contact our support team. They will be happy to assist you
  • We arrange reverse pick up for certain products.
  • In case you change your mind and wish to keep the item, then cancel the return/replacement request. If the item has already been dispatched then you can reject the replacement order at the time of delivery.
4. When are returns not acceptable?
  • We will not be able to accept any returns after 3 days from the date of delivery.
  • We do not accept returns when the product is damaged or broken. Product should not be used.
  • All the products delivered in our "package" must be returned. Anything missing from the "package" will not be accepted.
5. What is the eligibility for refund?

A product is eligible for refund, if it fulfills this condition:

  • Received different product from what was ordered

Refund will not be offered under these conditions:

  • Received incomplete order
  • Product is damaged by you
  • Wrong Order placed by you
  • Did not like the product
  • After return, monkeycart receives product in damaged condition

1. How do I cancel my order?

  • To cancel your order, send us an e-mail on support (at ) or call us on this number 7874053318 within 6-8 hours working hours.
  • We will be able to cancel your order only if the shipment has not been dispatched from our end.
    7. Business/Bulk Order Policy
    • monkeycart reserves the right to limit quantities of products to provide a wide selection at great prices
    • You will be notified of change in product price prior to processing
    • You have to make 50% payment in advance
    • For bulk order, minimum quantity is 20
    • In case of any issue with the product after delivery, monkeycart has to be notified within 48 hours of the delivery. If you are unable to do so, monkeycart shall not be liable for the failure to replace the order
